Partners in Parenting
An 8-session therapy group for co-parents navigating identity shifts, loss, and complex dynamics
Partners in Parenting
Parenting doesn’t come with a roadmap, especially when your role as a parent is evolving. Partners in Parenting (PIP) is an 8-session therapy group for co-parents navigating identity shifts, loss, and complex dynamics, offering supportive tools and community to help you grow together. Sessions will be 90 minutes long and virtual, with the possibility of doing one in-person session, depending on availability. Single co-parents or pairs of co-parents are all welcome to join.
Examples of sessions will focus on personal identity outside of parenthood, navigating triggers, emotional regulation, and building a secure attachment with your child.
Space is limited – to maintain an intimate group, we are offering only eight spots.
